What is meltpot?

Meltpot began as a college communication studies passion-project in early January 2024. Always being interested in the Long Island music scene and being a part of it, I established Meltpot to be a community built on the foundation of honest work, good times, and to show the world the talent embodied within Long Island. After careful consideration, extraordinary bands, and visionary the first official Meltpot show was thrown on March 10th, 2024. We sold out the venue space and had people waiting outside to fill the place of those leaving. It was at this point we knew we had something special.
